HFI Open is a portable workplace wellness and functional fitness programme. Employees complete seven supervised functional tests, receive one verified HFI score out of 100 and continue with a 30-day 10,000 Steps Challenge.
How long does the HFI screening take?
The seven supervised functional tests are designed to be completed in around 30 minutes per participant.
Can HFI Open be set up at our office?
Yes. The screening format is portable and can be delivered at suitable offices, meeting spaces, campuses, hotels, residential communities and special-event venues in the UAE.
What happens after screening day?
Employees continue through a 30-day 10,000 Steps Challenge designed to sustain momentum, encourage daily movement and create friendly team or department participation.
What is the corporate launch price?
The launch price is AED 149 per employee for the first 50 companies. The standard rate after that is AED 199 per employee.
